Coaching Plans
The Mom Bike Run coaching plan structure is simple. Two fee structures - one for multi-sport, one for single sport. Each plan includes weekly contact, individualized training plans, strength and mobility sessions, and race plans. Plans are released one week at a time and adjusted as needed depending on coach-athlete communication.
Single Sport
This plan is for one primary sport objective - running, cycling, trail running, or swimming. The plan may include sports other than the primary discipline depending athlete access to equipment and familiarity with other sports. This plan includes some strength and mobility sessions. Coach-athlete communication is approximately weekly, but is not limited to any set frequency.
$200 per month
Multi-Sport
This plan is primarily for triathletes or duathletes requiring a multiple sport training plan. This plan includes event-specific training regardless of distance (i.e., short course, half iron, ironman). The plan includes some strength and mobility sessions. Coach-athlete communication is approximately weekly, but is not limited to any set frequency. Some nutrition targets for training sessions may be include if desired.
$250 per month
