About
Coaching Philosophy
Mom Bike Run (MBR) coaching is for anyone interested in support for achieving goals in triathlon, or separately in running, biking, trail running, or swimming. MBR believes each athlete is an individual and a training plan should be customized to each individual. MBR takes life into account along with strengths, personality, access to training equipment, and overall goals. For MBR, coaching is about using knowledge and experience to create the best path to long-term health, fitness, and fulfillment in sport.
The only pre-requisites to working with MBR are a willingness to commit to growth, acceptance of occasional discomfort, and the formation (or continuation) of a habit that integrates training into your daily life. It does not matter if you are brand new to a fitness routine or if you’ve been training in sport your entire life, MBR is here to support you.
